 Job Type:Part-time, ContractSalary:$16 - $23 an hour (Indeed estimate)The position is PART TIME and entails doing all the hardware replacement for Dell , IBM and HP computers. We don’t do any software, reload, or troubleshooting we just stickily do hardware.MINIMUM TOOLS REQUIRED: Based upon COMPANY’S experience, the following tools are REQUIRED tools to be supplied by CONTRACTOR:

  • Static Strap with mat
  • Phillips Screwdriver-large and small
  • Flat blade Screwdriver-small
  • Compaq Torque bits-T7, T9 and T10
  • Needle Nose Pliers


  • All individual jobs will be within a 40-mile radius of your assigned area.


  • Flat rate $25.00 for laptops and desktop calls.
  • Flat rate $35.00 for printer calls.
  • Flat rate $0.27 a mile after the first 10 miles from pickup and call to call.


  • The company offers you all of your dell certifications to ensure and increase call volume for your assigned area.

  IT Service Coordinator/ Dispatcher $12 - $15 an hourGeneral Summary: The Dispatch/Service Coordinator is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch and oversight of service requests. Initially,Perform service request intake from clients; assign, schedule and dispatch service engineers for remote or onsite service according to urgency, and contractual service level agreement (SLA). Strong client relations, resiliency and a cheerful, helpful demeanor are a must.Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single point of contact to the client for all types of service requests by phone, email, or through dispatch portal
  • Coordination of all IT support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources
  • Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct client input
  • Schedule internal and field technical resources on the dispatch portal
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests
  • Communication with clients as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Improve client service, perception, and satisfaction
  • Fast turnaround of client requests
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
  • Improve usage and increase productivity of IT support resources
  • Escalate service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
  • Report the utilization of IT Support resources and successful completion of service requests to the Service Manager
  • Understand processes in dispatch/service portal by completing assigned training materials and blueprints
  • Enter all work as service tickets into dispatch/service portal
  • Responsible for procurement and tracking of hardware using quoting and tracking tools.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Basic, level 1 help-desk skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and client-care
  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly, often handling several transactions at once.
  • Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately
  • Service awareness of all organization’s key IT services for which support is being provided
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.

Credentials and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in any field Insurability and reliable transportation to/from work and to/from client sites throughout the day. Previous Client Service or phone related skills; familiarity with computer system support terminology concepts.  Promotion:
